Located in downtown Oxford, Pennsylvania, in historic Southern Chester County, The Law Office of Kenneth R. Pyle, P.C. provides legal services to a diverse community in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law, real estate law, tax law and business law.
Our objective is to provide courteous and competent legal assistance with the added convenience of in-home visits, if preferred. The initial consultation is always free.
A member of both the Pennsylvania and Chester County bar associations, Mr. Pyle is a graduate of Widener University School of Law (cum laude) and is a published legal writer with articles appearing in the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and the Food and Drug Law Journal. He also received the Herman V. Belk Memorial Award for “demonstrated excellence in writing” while at Widener.
Mr. Pyle is a licensed Maryland Realtor®
and is also known in the community as the former owner of Vitamin
Express, a popular vitamin retail store which he operated for several
years in Rising Sun, MD. He currently serves as the president of The
Rising Sun School of Music.
Prior to his becoming an attorney, Mr. Pyle was a respected income tax preparer for 15 years and a VITA volunteer for the Internal Revenue Service for one year, assisting indigent taxpayers in filing their federal and state tax returns.
